• Miss Liberry Hello, my name is Jennifer Feldser.  I am the librarian for Steelton-Highspire Elementary!  

    I know you are just as excited as I am to see what great things your child will learn throughout the rest of the year. 

    This year will mark my 15th as a teacher and 10th as a library science teacher.  Before that, I was a classroom teacher, having taught kindergarten, first and fifth grades, as well as sixth grade language arts, social studies, and science.  I have a library science degree as well as my Master's degree in children's literature.  

    I am a native of the area, living in Hummelstown.  My years growing up were filled with sports, dancing, theater, and band.   I attended Bloomsburg University, graduating cum laude, just four years later.  There, I still found time for that theatre habit as well as writing for the school newspaper.  Besides writing being one of my loves, I am also rarely found without a book in hand or nearby... which in my profession should not be a surprise!

    I hope to make a positive and lasting contribution to your child’s education.
