Honors & Most improved:
We celebrate success and progress in the program. During the first quarter, we rewarded the most improved and honor students with brand new sneakers and All You Can Inc sweat suits. Just a small incentive to let them know we care, and as a reminder to keep going.
The Leadership Academy advocates the importance of giving back. Every year, our students volunteer in initiatives such as meal giveaways, Christmas programs, and coat drives. Selflessly giving back to the community does a lot for one's self-esteem and self-concept. Equitable nutritional food is a priority of the program. This is why we ensure every session, each student has a healthy snack and a hot meal. Every Thursday, the class is handed Cocoa packs to take home and enjoy over the weekend. These kits have been a huge hit for the students that attend the program.
