Youth Counseling Services, LLC

Youth Counseling Services, LC (YCS) is a School-Based Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) provider designed to support children and families of the Steelton-Highspire School District located in Dauphin County. The School-Based IBHS model will assist with reducing barriers to treatment.The mission of YCS is to empower children and families through culturally competent and holistic services. A holistic approach means to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. This support is to include their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. YCS will address the child and family's needs in a culturally appropriate and effective manner to meet the goals set by the family, while recognizing individual needs. Please contact the school Principal, counselor, or the Behavior Specialist Interventionist to make a referral for services. You may also contact the Administrative Director ofYCS at 717-829-7639 for referrals to School-Based Intensive Behavioral of Health Services.
