• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance Statement ($13 fee. Fee may be waived for volunteers)
• Act 114 FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Fingerprint) ($26.20 fee)
  *Note: The Service Code for background checks to VOLUNTEER in the Steelton-Highspire School District is 1KG6XN.

*All required documentation MUST be on file with the district before any volunteer hours are served.*
