• Facilities Request Process:

     
    1. Please email Facilities@shsd.k12.pa.us with the date you would like to hold your event and the Facilities Coordinator will respond with availability and further instructions.

     

    2. While waiting for confirmation of the dates, please read the Facilities Policy.

     

    3. Once you receive your approved dates from the Facilities Coordinator, please click on this link Online Facilities Request Form to fill out the online facilities request form.
     
    4. Once the form is filled out online it will be automatically emailed to Facilities@shsd.k12.pa.us then it will be reviewed and you will receive a response with the next steps.

    ** The liability insurance form is required**
    ** The liability insurance must show the Steelton-Highspire School District as the additional insured**

     

    You will be required to make a presentation to the school board before your request is officially approved.
