Facilities Request Process
- Review the Use of School Facilities - Board Policy 707 document and Facilty Charges document.
- Complete the Facilities use Request Form, Upon completion, the form will automatically be emailed to Facilities@shsd.k12.pa.us for review. You will receive a response with the next steps.
- Please note that a presentation to the school board is required before your request can be officially approved.

A liability insurance form is required and must show the Steelton-Highspire School District as the additional insured.
