Facilities Request

Facilities Request Process

  1. Review the Use of School Facilities - Board Policy 707 document and Facilty Charges document.
  2. Complete the Facilities use Request Form, Upon completion, the form will automatically be emailed to Facilities@shsd.k12.pa.us for review.  You will receive a response with the next steps.
  3. Please note that a presentation to the school board is required before your request can be officially approved.

Important Reminders:

A liability insurance form is required and must show the Steelton-Highspire School District as the additional insured.
