Your request will be emailed to our technology team and someone will respond as soon as they can. Please be as detailed as possible.

Students can log into the Technology Support Portal with your student Google account email. 

Parents can log into the portal with your personal email.

Staff can log into the Technology Support Portal using your staff shsdrollers.org email.

You will not see any details about your request in the email notification you receive. You must log into the portal to see the details of your support request (ticket) and to respond to the ticket.
