The District has decided to return students to the hybrid model of instruction (2 days per week) beginning Monday February 8^th. This decision was made because of the falling positivity rate and declining hospitalizations and infections. Additionally, it is what is best for our students and community. In the next few days, you will be contacted by district staff so you can inform us on whether your child will return to face-to-face instruction on February 8^th.  We will continue to monitor the positivity rate, new infections, hospitalizations, and the distribution of vaccinations to determine when we will be able to increase the number of days of face-to-face instruction. As always, we look forward to seeing our students back in the classroom.

El Distrito ha decidido regresar a los estudiantes al modelo híbrido de instrucción (2 días por semana) a partir del lunes 8 de febrero. Esta decisión fue tomada debido a la reducción de casos positivos y la disminución de las hospitalizaciones e infecciones. Además, entendemos que esta decisión es lo mejor para nuestros estudiantes y la comunidad. En los próximos días, el personal del Distrito se comunicará con ustedes para que nos informe si su hijo/a volverá a la enseñanza cara-a-cara (en persona) el 8 de febrero.  Continuaremos con el monitoreo y observación de los casos positivos, las nuevas infecciones, las hospitalizaciones y la distribución de vacunas para determinar cuándo podremos aumentar el número de días de instrucción cara-a-cara (en persona). Como siempre, esperamos con gran anticipación ver a nuestros estudiantes de regreso en el salón /aula de clases.
