Welcome

Welcome to the Department of Student Services. Our department is committed to supporting students and families by helping remove barriers to learning and ensuring every student has access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. We work collaboratively with students, parents/guardians, schools, and community agencies to provide support in areas such as enrollment and residency, attendance and truancy prevention, homeless education services, foster care support, school counseling coordination, student records, family outreach, and other student-centered services.

Office Hours

Regular Office Hours during the school year (August 21, 2025-June 5, 2026): 7:30am-3:30pm

Summer Office Hours (June 8 - August 7, 2026): Monday-Thursday, 8am-3pm (Closed Fridays)

Appointments

To better serve our families and ensure the appropriate staff member is available to assist you, we kindly ask that parents and guardians schedule an appointment prior to visiting the Department of Student Services. Scheduling ahead helps minimize wait times and allows us to provide the most efficient and personalized support possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
