Enrollment Information for the 2025–2026 Roller Cyber Academy 

Important Dates & Details – Please Read Carefully

The application period for the 3rd and 4th marking periods is now CLOSED.

(Applications were open from December 1, 2025 through January 4, 2026 for marking periods 3 & 4.)

All applications submitted during this window will be reviewed by our guidance and building administrative teams. Families will be notified via email regarding approval or denial for enrollment in Marking Periods 3 & 4, which begin on January 19, 2026.

If you are requesting immediate enrollment into RCA, please contact your student’s principal or assistant principal directly to discuss your situation.

Important Notes

• RCA follows a semester-based course structure, with enrollment windows aligned to Marking Periods 1 & 2 and 3 & 4.
• To be considered for enrollment in MP3 & MP4, applications must be submitted by January 4, 2026.
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Students must continue attending school in person until approval is granted and a start date is confirmed.

Grade Level Eligibility for RCAPlease note that the Roller Cyber Academy (RCA) is currently offered only to students in grades 4 through 12.

Through our experience and thoughtful observation, we’ve found that students in grades K through 3 thrive best with the structured, hands-on learning and social development provided by in-person instruction during these foundational years.

Our goal is to support student success in the most effective way possible, and we appreciate your understanding as we work together to provide the best educational experience for every child.

• Flexible learning options – Your program will be adapted to fit your needs. Learn at the right pace for YOU and at the time and place you choose!

• Highly engaging curriculum – The online curriculum is state-of-the-art and designed to be engaging, fun, and target multiple learning styles.

• Materials will be provided to full time Roller Cyber Academy students – All full time virtual students can be loaned a computer with needed software if they do not have access at home.

• Pursue your interests – Choose from a wide variety of courses and electives designed to allow students to pursue their academic interests including SAT preparation.

• Proven methods combined with innovative techniques – Roller Cyber Academy utilizes Acellus which personalizes the learning experience through customized instructional modes and adaptive content for every student.

• Certified SHSD teacher available by appointment for assistance to students to provide academic and technical support.
